**Customer Service Associate – arenaflex Store**

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable, delightful, and exceeds their expectations. **Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customer Experience:** + Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. * **Operations:** + Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. * **Store Maintenance:** + Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised. + Take inventory and maintain records. + Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Asset Protection:** + Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. + Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). * **Visual Merchandising:** + Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed. * **Photo Services:** + Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products. * **Web Pick-up:** + Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus. + Fill orders (pick items). + Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store. * **Store Maintenance:** + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. **Essential Qualifications:** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. * Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex. * Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and advance your career. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. * We offer a dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork. * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate. * Opportunities for overtime pay. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) retirement plan with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Discounts on arenaflex products and services. **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!
