As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.In this role you will:Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call trafficMaintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queuesServe as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers’ needsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Exceptional communication and de-escalation skillsProven ability to work independently in a remote environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated and a dedicated and disciplined mindsetProficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a teamProven ability to stay organizedWhat Safe Haven requires in a candidate:High School diploma or equivalentPrior customer-facing experienceSafe Haven Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.
