**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Account Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
* Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management and identification of additional products and services
* Delivering exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools
* Meeting department productivity and quality standards
* Approaching each call with a can-do mindset and treating customers with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
* Completing training requirements to learn new skills and processes, and developing proficiency in company values and competencies
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* The ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
* Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
* At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role or industry

* Certification in customer service or a related field
