Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide detailed and accurate information about orders, including status updates and product availability. Review customer orders and account information to identify and resolve issues promptly. Utilize MS Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage customer data, track orders, and perform other administrative tasks. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
