Customer Care Specialist
Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist at Infosys, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and efficient manner.
