[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rotate Digital is a company focused on generating sales through effective lead management. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for booking qualified leads onto the sales calendar and ensuring these leads convert into closed deals by engaging in proactive outreach through various channels. Responsibilities Conduct daily cold outreach via social media, email, and phone calls Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads Engage with prospects, build value, and schedule them for calls with the Closer Track and optimize appointment-setting efforts to maximize conversion rates Provide weekly updates on KPIs, including booked calls and show rates Adjust messaging and strategies based on industry insights and performance feedback Shift strategies weekly if leads are drying up and the strategy is not working Skills Strong ability to conduct cold outreach through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) Maintain a steady pipeline through outbound efforts, ensuring that new prospects are consistently being contacted Track, follow up, and manage leads effectively to ensure high conversion rates Must be able to pivot strategies if certain cold outreach or lead generation lists are no longer yielding the best results Driven to hit and exceed call booking and deal conversion targets Work closely with the Closer to refine messaging, strategy, and outreach approach Experience with CRM tools, sales automation software, lead generation, and lead-tracking platforms Willing and able to do things manually for quality and intentionality purposes Being able to clearly identify, present, and execute on the strategy Conduct daily cold outreach via social media, email, and phone calls Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads Engage with prospects, build value, and schedule them for calls with the Closer Track and optimize appointment-setting efforts to maximize conversion rates Provide weekly updates on KPIs, including booked calls and show rates Adjust messaging and strategies based on industry insights and performance feedback Shift strategies weekly if leads are drying up and the strategy is not working Benefits Unlimited PTO Health, Dental, Vision Work fully remotely Company-wide gatherings quarterly Company Overview Rotate Digital is a digital marketing agency that provides website development, SEO, PPC, CRO, and internet marketing strategy services.
