Responsibilities of Customer Care Representative:
Ā Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers
Ā Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry
Ā Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
Ā Maintain and update customer related information systems to ensure that our client hold accurate records; collect and access appropriate information relevant to type of call
Ā Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate
Ā Acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent service
Ā Serve customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries
Qualifications of Customer Care Representative:
Ā High School Diploma
Ā Working in a contact/call center involves hands-on involvement in customer service through communication channels
Ā Good/Excellent Computer Skills
Ā Proficiency in operating MS Word and Excel
Ā Efficient time organization and personal responsibility
Ā Proficient in expressing ideas effectively through both written and spoken language
Ā Exceptional standard of professionalism
