About This Opportunity

Our remote team is continuing to expand, and we're looking for dependable, people-focused individuals to join us as Customer Assistance Advisors. In this role, you'll provide support to clients throughout the travel planning process by helping organize arrangements, answering questions, and ensuring important details are handled accurately.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and building valuable coordination skills while working from home. No prior experience in the travel field is required training and ongoing guidance are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to review travel interests, timelines, and planning needs

Help coordinate vacation components including accommodations, transportation, excursions, and cruise options

Review and compare available travel selections using approved booking systems

Keep clients informed regarding reservation status, confirmations, and upcoming steps

Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and online messaging platforms

Assist with schedule updates, itinerary changes, and follow-up requests

Attend onboarding sessions, virtual meetings, and continued learning opportunities
