Financial Analyst I

Osaic is a financial services company seeking a Financial Analyst I to support their business partner finance functions. The role involves financial analysis, modeling recruiting deals, budgeting, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models in support of the company’s business development initiatives, assess the financial and economic performance of various business opportunities through a detailed understanding of revenue and cost driversModeling recruiting and retention deals in collaboration with business partners; adhere to SLAs and standards set forth in operating proceduresCreates and provides reporting on advisor recruiting and profitability programs for multiple audiences, including the executive leadership teamProvide financial guidance and support to drive decision-making, performance improvement, and cost managementManagement Reporting and ForecastingPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for business unit, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting process for recruiting and retention efforts with business units, collaborate with business partners for forecasting, new initiatives, and performance improvementMonitors performance of various business units and departments (including variance analyses) and preparing periodic reports for managementEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and external regulationsSkillsBachelor's Degree from accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field requiredMinimum of 1–3-years' experience in finance or business analysis role or experience in working in financial/reporting systems (Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.)Advanced Skills in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience working in SalesforceIntermediate financial modeling and analysis skillsAnalytical skills, including the ability to identify key trends and driversStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environmentSelf-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issuesComfortable working within an entrepreneurial, 'roll-up your sleeves' environmentTeam player with a customer service mentalityPrior financial services industry experienceBenefitsHealth, vision, dental insurance401kPaid time awayVolunteer daysMuch moreCompany OverviewOsaic provides the support, resources, and community designed for the future of wealth management.
