CSR/Account Manager- Personal Lines Insurance We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? Responsibilities: • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls. • Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Skills: • 1-2 years of client service experience • Property and Casualty Insurance License • Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Superior Insurance Partners is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform, focused primarily on providing commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefit solutions to companies and individuals.
