Customer Service Representative
Sonicu, a fast-growing wireless sensor and cloud-based Saas company headquartered in Greenfield, IN is looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to help fill the demand of our growing client base. The position is full-time and serves a vital role in our customer team. Sonicu offers employees unlimited growth potential, a fast-paced work environment in the growing Saas/Monitoring platform/IoT industry.
Responsibilities
⢠Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets.
⢠Provide the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email, determine support issues, and escalate appropriately.
⢠Identify discrepancies between Hubspot and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services.
⢠Maintain data within CRM including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts.
⢠Troubleshoot common issues with hardware or software and provide basic tech support, document in CRM and escalate to 2nd tier technical support when required.
⢠Complete order entry for new orders, and collaborate closely with the sales & Customer Success teams..
⢠Assist with additional duties as directed.
Experience Preferred
⢠Customer service-related experience.
⢠Basic computer knowledge
⢠Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
⢠High School Diploma
⢠A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Candidate must read and speak English fluently
⢠Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
