* Provide knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to ensure customers feel informed and supported
* Collaborate with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Utilize virtual team environments to stay connected with colleagues and participate in weekly contests and incentives
* Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
* Maintain accurate records and customer notes in a timely and efficient manner
**Requirements**
* Prior customer service experience in retail, sales, or wait staff roles (successful backgrounds in these areas have led to success in this role)
* Access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace from home with a reliable internet connection
* GED or High School Diploma
* Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
