Tasks Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Participate in ongoing training and professional development Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Comfortable working in a remote, technology-based environment Proficiency with email, online research, and basic computer applications Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
