About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling Manager to oversee our scheduling operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing schedules, coordinating with customers and employees, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role. Responsibilities The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for the following key duties: Creating monthly and weekly scheduling plans to meet customer needs and business objectives Coordinating with customers and employees to schedule work to be completed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services Working closely with crew leads and managers to ensure jobs are properly staffed and equipped, and making adjustments as needed during the week Receiving inbound calls to the scheduling extension and assisting customers with scheduling needs, providing top-notch customer service and resolving any issues promptly Managing and maintaining accurate records of schedules, customer interactions, and employee performance Collaborating with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications We're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with the following qualifications: A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees Proven customer service skills, with a focus on providing friendly and responsive support Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications, such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office Dependability, responsiveness, and honesty, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on meeting customer needs and business objectives Preferred Qualifications While prior experience is not a requirement, we prefer candidates with: Experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related field Proven track record of success in managing multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication What We Offer We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible work environment that allows you to work from home.
