CRM Targeting Coordinator

They are hiring a CRM Targeting Coordinator to support audience targeting, lead management, and data readiness for marketing campaigns and events, focusing on executing CRM-based requests and maintaining audience segments. Responsibilities Execute data and audience requests from various marketing team members Build, update, and maintain audience segments across marketing platforms Pull and validate customer and lead lists in Microsoft Dynamics CE tools Execute lead loads into CRM, including uploading lead files, validating required fields, checking for duplicates, and ensuring leads are mapped correctly for campaign or sales follow‑up Review CRM data quality by validating attributes and flagging issues with data Assist with B2B marketing execution by supporting audience segmentation, campaign readiness, and deployment workflows using Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and supporting tools Track work and priorities using Wrike Document recurring data, targeting, or workflow issues across CRM, CE tools, and Wrike Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet campaign and lead program timelines Nice to have: Help update or use Power BI dashboards for audience, lead, or data visibility Skills 1.5–3 years experience in marketing coordination, CRM support, lead management, or campaign execution Strong Excel skills and comfort working with customer and lead data Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) Highly detail‑oriented and organized Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines Experience in B2B marketing execution and audience segmentation Expertise in Project Management platforms, like Wrike or Asana Help update or use Power BI dashboards for audience, lead, or data visibility Power BI experience Benefits Medical, dental and vision coverage Life insurance Disability insurance Voluntary accident, hospitalization and critical illness insurance options A 401(k) plan with matching provision Paid time off Personal sick leave Company Overview Zones is a Global Solution Provider of end-to-end IT solutions with an unmatched supply chain.
