CRM Operations Associate

The CRM Operations Associate will be responsible for executing CRM promotional and lifecycle campaigns for the Casino product, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer experiences and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities Building and testing a variety of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app messages, push notifications) Building and maintaining offer content using a Content Management System Executing offer campaigns with a high attention to detail Ensuring all content adheres to quality standards, regulation and brand guidelines Proofreading all content prior to publication, ensuring all content is accurate and meets a high standard Collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet the needs of the department and the Company Skills Experience working in a CRM or marketing related role Excellent organization, prioritization skills with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Passion for casino games and a good understanding of what appeals to, and drives engagement with our customers Understanding of sports and online casino betting mechanics and promotions Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, including Contentful, customer engagement platforms such as Braze, customer data platforms such as Optimove and work management systems such as Monday.com High standard of written English, including the ability to proofread a diverse range of content Leading by example to demonstrate qualities of a strong team player Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Company Overview Bet365 is an online gambling company that offers comprehensive in-play services for its clients.
