The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's event marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and support revenue goals, overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Alliance’s annual event marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, target industries, and revenue goalsIdentify, evaluate, and recommend event opportunities that support lead generation, brand awareness, and market expansionPlan and manage Alliance’s participation in: Conferences and trade shows, Lunch & Learn programs, Webinars and virtual events, Partner-sponsored events, Client networking events, Regional and national industry association eventsBuild annual event calendars and marketing plans that support strategic business prioritiesEnsure event initiatives align with sales and marketing pipeline goalsResearch industry associations, organizations, and events to identify high-value opportunities for Alliance participationEvaluate sponsorship opportunities and event participation based on: Target audience alignment, Attendance demographics, Ideal customer profile fit, Market potential, Competitor participation, Revenue opportunityAnalyze market trends and recommend event investments that maximize business impactManage event marketing budgets and ensure spending aligns with approved plansDevelop event business cases and recommendations including: Target audience analysis, Sponsorship opportunities, Budget requirements, Lead generation expectations, Pipeline influence projections, Expected return on investmentTrack and monitor event performance against established goals and budget expectationsContinuously evaluate event effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ROIManage all event logistics from planning through post-event follow-up, including: Venue coordination, Vendor management, Sponsorship fulfillment, Registration management, Event timelines and project plans, Marketing materials and promotional assets, Swag and event collateral, On-site event executionCoordinate webinar and virtual event logistics, platforms, and attendee experiencesEnsure all events are delivered professionally, on time, and within budgetPartner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Leadership, and Marketing teams to maximize event successCollaborate with Sales teams to: Identify target accounts, Drive attendance, Support outreach campaigns, Maximize pipeline generation opportunitiesCoordinate co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners and industry associationsMaintain strong relationships with: Event organizers, Industry associations, Sponsors, Venues, Strategic partnersEnsure all event-generated leads are captured, tracked, and entered into CRM systems accurately and timelyCoordinate lead qualification and routing processes with Sales teamsMaintain event attribution and reporting accuracyDevelop and execute post-event nurture and follow-up campaignsPartner with Sales leadership to ensure timely prospect outreach and engagementDistribute post-event communications, resources, and content to attendeesTrack and report on key event performance metricsDevelop post-event summaries and performance analysesMeasure event success through: Attendance and registration metrics, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Pipeline influenced, Opportunity creation, Revenue impact, Return on investmentIdentify trends, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvementSkills2+ years of experience in event marketing, Sales, field marketing, demand generation, or event managementExperience managing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate eventsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teamsStrong analytical skills and ability to measure and communicate marketing impactExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms preferredExperience in Construction, B2B technology, SaaS, professional services, or consulting environmentsExperience managing sponsorships and industry association relationshipsFamiliarity with event management and webinar platformsKnowledge of lead generation and pipeline reporting metricsBenefitsCompetitive compensation plan (base + bonus)Medical, Dental, Vision coverage offeredSupplemental insurance options available401K Safe Harbor MatchPaid Military LeavePaid parental LeaveGenerous personal time off policy12 company paid holidaysAnnual company offsiteCompany OverviewAlliance Solutions Group is an IT and software firm that specializes in software solutions for the construction and real estate industries.
