Founded in 1979, we are committed to our mission to be the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through education, mentorship, and by providing a trusted system of buying, selling, and managing real estate and mortgages nationwide.The OpportunityWe are seeking a CRM Developer who will focus on maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our custom implementation of SuiteCRM 7.14.4 (PHP & JavaScript). You will play a key role in ensuring our CRM is stable, scalable, and closely aligned with business requirements. Your work will directly impact our platform's performance, scalability, and user experience.What We Offer:Annual Salary | $120,000 - $140,000Annual performance bonus up to 10%Real Estate Investing Preferred IncentivesHealth Benefits | Medical, Dental, Vision, Life PTO (Holidays, Vacation, Sick)401k + matching What You'll Do Contribute to and support our SuiteCRM 7.14.4 implementation built with PHP, JavaScript and MySQL.Contribute to re-architecting efforts for performance optimization and infrastructure improvements.Collaborate with the team to document core CRM functionalities and establish a robust suite of regression tests (X-Ray, CodeCeption).Identify and resolve CRM issues/bugs, writing unit and acceptance tests for new and existing features.Troubleshoot and optimize our AWS infrastructure, specifically the MySQL database supporting SuiteCRM.Embrace CI/CD best practices via GitLab CI pipelines and Docker containerization. What Qualifies You Proven expertise in PHP and JavaScript, especially with SuiteCRM (or similar CRM frameworks).Experience with AWS services like ECS, RDS, S3, Elasticache, and database management with MySQL.Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker.Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong unit and integration testing practices.Experience with APIs to integrate CRM and Website with various other systems including SendGrid, Meetup and AppFolio and other systems.
