GamblingCareers.com is seeking a CRM Associate (Lifecycle) to execute multi-channel lifecycle communications within Fanatics’ CRM ecosystem. The role focuses on supporting Early Life initiatives and requires hands-on experience in CRM, ensuring campaigns are built, validated, and delivered effectively.ResponsibilitiesBuild, configure and deploy lifecycle communications across email, push, in-app messaging and in-app placements using Xtremepush (XP)Execute Early Life campaigns aligned to commercial priorities and KPIsSupport wider lifecycle campaign builds across multiple customer stagesDeliver cohesive omni-channel journeys by coordinating messaging across CRM channels and in-app placementsSupport in-app content placement and merchandising in partnership with Product and Commercial teamsManage end-to-end execution from build through launch, including scheduling, targeting, suppression logic, sequencing and prioritisationBuild and maintain automated and triggered lifecycle journeys based on customer behaviour and lifecycle signalsCollaborate with CRM, Commercial, GTM, Marketing, Product, Creative and Analytics stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and to standardOwn campaign QA, validating content accuracy, personalisation, segmentation, links and delivery logic across all touchpointsEnsure campaigns meet CRM standards, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements prior to launchMonitor launches for key lifecycle moments and escalate risks or issues as neededMaintain CRM templates, QA checklists and build standards to support consistent and reliable executionMonitor campaign delivery and performance metrics, identifying issues, trends and optimisation opportunitiesApply insights to improve execution across timing, segmentation and channel mixSupport experimentation and incremental optimisation initiativesBuild and validate customer segments aligned to lifecycle stage and commercial objectivesPartner with Data & Analytics teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and targetingContribute to improvements in CRM processes, tooling and execution quality based on performance insights and delivery learningsSkills1–3+ years' hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer communicationsProven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, push and in-appExperience with CRM or customer engagement platforms (XP strongly preferred)Experience building and validating audience segments using permissions, targeting rules and lifecycle logicStrong analytical mindset with confidence working with customer data and performance outputsStrong attention to detail and confidence owning QA and execution standardsComfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with iGaming CRM tools and bonusing platformsExperience supporting Early Life, onboarding, or retention-focused programsExperience in regulated or highly governed environmentsFamiliarity with agile or squad-based delivery modelsBackground in high-growth or scale-up organizationsBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401KPaid time offGymPassPet InsuranceFamily Care BenefitsFree Shipt deliveries$500 to set up your home officeCompany OverviewGamblingCareers.com is the leading job board for the iGaming and Online Gambling industry, dedicated to bridging the gap between talented job seekers and top employers in the sector.
