Crew Member Job Summary of Crew Member: Deliver an exceptional guest experience by performing a variety of tasks including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and interacting with customers. Provide fast, friendly service while upholding Chipotle's standards for food quality, safety, and hospitality. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Member: • Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and serve menu items promptly and accurately. • Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, and other items following company recipes and presentation standards. • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions efficiently. • Keep the kitchen, prep, and dining areas clean, organized, and well stocked. • Provide responsive, positive customer service and resolve any guest concerns courteously. Qualifications and Experience of Crew Member: • Customer service experience preferred but not required. • Ability to multitask in a fast paced setting. • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. • Willingness to learn and adhere to Chipotle’s preparation and service methods. • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
