Credit Risk Analyst

The Credit Risk Analyst will work with the risk team to identify, analyze, and mitigate credit risk, perform credit reviews, and manage credit data and reporting.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial statement analysis to determine the viability, stability, and overall financial health of clientsReview of accounts, annual reviews, temporary extensions, and waivers and amendments. This includes requests for trading limits, credit lines, margin levels and thresholds for futures, and foreign exchange tradingIdentifying and mitigating key credit issuesNegotiate risk mitigating instruments, including corporate and personal guaranteesLiaison with Risk staff for all credit-related issuesLiaison with Business units for trading limit and line requestsResponsible for the management of credit data and reportingOnboarding of new clients and processing account applicationsResponsibility for and in conjunction with compliance 'Know Your Client' rules and client referential dataPerform Credit data checks on incoming corporations and individualsSkills1 to 3 years in credit risk management or related risk managementStrong analytical skills, especially financial statement analysisStrong quantitative skillsStrong Excel and VBA skillsStrong writing and English skillsData entry, manipulation, and presentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and to multitaskJudgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information is criticalBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldPython 3.x (NumPy, Pandas)Familiarity with SQLFamiliarity with DatabricksGARP CertificationsCFABenefitsFull range of medical, financial, and/or other benefitsCompany OverviewConnection isn't just something we provide—it's who we are.
