They are seeking an Associate, Client Experience to support a high-profile account in the beauty and fashion sector, requiring proactive management of client needs and media monitoring.ResponsibilitiesMonitor media across print, digital, and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activityPrepare agendas and status sheets for all internal and client meetings including detailed call recapsAssist in compiling weekly, monthly and annual reportsSupport development of program and campaign recapsEstablish and maintain relationships with stylists and stylist agenciesAssist with product send-outs, sample coordination, and mailer developmentSupport media outreach efforts during key tentpole momentsBegin to build and establish media relationships by attending editor meetings, launch events and other external industry related eventsOversee and manage product inventory inclusive of product orders and maintain organization of the product closetSupport event and activation planning, execution and onsite staffingAssist with vendor invoice processing and quickly learn and navigate internal financial processesIdentify emerging social and industry trends and proactively share relevant recommendationsProactively offer insights and learnings based on media landscape, industry activity and competitor analysisSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple jobs and priorities in a day across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentProactive and solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to build trust and rapport with the clients and internal teamsIntegrated understanding of digital, earned, paid media and social landscapesPassion for beauty PR and deep knowledge of the beauty industryCollaborative team player who contributes ideas and a point of viewBachelor's Degree1-2 years related professional experienceMust be based in New York and available to work in-office three days a weekBeauty experience a plusCompany OverviewWeber Shandwick is a global public relations firm with offices in major media, business, and government capitals around the world.
