Credit Analyst, Portfolio Management Team
We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Bond Portfolio Management team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on investment decisions and portfolio performance through rigorous credit analysis and strategic recommendations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. What You’ll Do • Conduct comprehensive credit research—dig deep into financials, industry trends, and competitive positioning. • Provide timely and well-supported buy/sell/hold recommendations directly to Portfolio Managers, factoring in portfolio exposure, duration, and relative value. • Maintain on-going dialogue with Portfolio Managers to align credit insights with investment strategy in a collaborative team environment. • Evaluate existing and prospective bond holdings to identify opportunities that enhance portfolio returns while delivering investment income. • Prepare clear, compelling analyses on issuers, sectors, and market events. • Build relationships with rating agencies, analysts, and corporate management teams to stay ahead of market trends. • Represent the team at industry and company conferences and engage with management teams as part of ongoing due diligence process.
