About the position

As a Credentialing Network Assistant at Banner Plans & Networks, you will play a critical role in managing external site audit coordination and collaborating with various partners to ensure timely completion of audits. This position involves updating systems, tracking applications, managing deadlines, and facilitating credentialing committee meetings, all while working remotely during Arizona business hours.

Responsibilities
Ā• Manage external site audit coordination.

Ā• Collaborate with external and internal partners to ensure appropriate documentation for audits.

Ā• Update systems and track applications related to credentialing.

Ā• Manage deadlines and facilitate credentialing committee meetings.
,
Ā• Prepare documentation, create agendas, and facilitate credentialing committee meetings.
,
Ā• Review and audit documents for accuracy and appropriateness.
,
Ā• Correspond with customers, team members, and leadership using defined formats and procedures.
,
Ā• Maintain confidential records and ensure timely documentation entry.
,
Ā• Prepare and distribute various reports in a timely manner.
,
Ā• Conduct internal team audits and report findings to supervisor.
,
Ā• Oversee the credentialing appeals process.
,
Ā• Represent the company as a primary point of contact to outside entities.

Requirements
Ā• Strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare, typically obtained through an associate's degree.
,
Ā• 3-5 years of credentialing and/or process management experience.
,
Ā• Ability to follow oral and written directions related to job functions.
,
Ā• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
,
Ā• Proficiency in common office software, including spreadsheets and word processing.

Ā• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
