Creator Outreach & Deal Closer
• *Overview**
We’re looking for a results-driven closer to turn conversations into signed deals.
You will be provided with pre-qualified creators and direct contact points — meaning you won’t need to spend time searching, prospecting, or finding leads.
Your role is to reach out, build rapport, and close deals.
For those who want to go further, you’ll also have the option to source your own creators for additional commission.
• *What You’ll Do
• Reach out to assigned creators via DM, email, or other platforms
• Start and manage conversations confidently
• Build trust and clearly communicate our offer
• Handle objections and guide creators toward a decision
• Close deals and secure agreements
• Track outreach and follow-ups
• *What We Provide
• Pre-qualified creators and contact lists (no sourcing required)
• Messaging frameworks and scripts
• A clear, proven offer
• Backend support (strategy, fulfillment, talent management)
• Compensation
• 20% commission on every deal you close
• +10% bonus commission on deals where you source the creator yourself (optional)
• No cap on earnings
• Paid per successful signed deal
• Commission is structured so you can focus on closing, while fulfillment, talent management, and strategy are handled internally.
