Creative Production Assistant

The Creative Production Assistant will focus on logistical production and project support while contributing to content creation and assisting during content shoots.ResponsibilitiesAssist with set preparations including basic staging, equipment placement, and prop arrangementSource and coordinate talent, props, and materials in advance of shoot datesManage shoot day logistics such as food ordering and supply runsAssist team members throughout content shoots, including moving equipment, adjusting props, and providing general on-set supportOrganize, sort, and label photo and media files following shoots to ensure efficient storage and retrievalSupport basic content production tasks as needed throughout the editing and delivery processCapture phone-based content as directed, supporting the production team with straightforward filming tasksComply with Company policies and proceduresPerform all other duties as assignedSkillsEntry-level, open to recent graduates and those early in their careersSelf-motivated and dependable with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a creative environmentComfortable with hands-on, physical tasks on set including moving equipment, organizing props, and supporting production from start to finishStrong collaborative spirit with a positive, team-first attitude and the ability to take direction wellA natural eye for aesthetics and basic visual awarenessValid driver's license and reliable transportationA college degree is a plus, but not requiredExperience in content creation, photography, or media production is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsFlexible Paid Time Off12 PTO days per year, accrued bi-weekly, with incremental increases annually7 paid Holidays401k contribution match of 4%Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans.
