They are seeking a Project Manager to lead major cross-functional projects, specifically focusing on the migration to Athena Health, while managing project plans and ensuring effective communication across teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the master project plan, workstream roadmap, and milestone calendar for assigned initiativesLead the Athena Health EHR migration, coordinating clinical, operational, IT, revenue cycle, and vendor workstreamsBreak down complex initiatives into actionable tasks with clear owners, timelines, and success criteriaFacilitate regular workstream meetings, crossâfunctional standâups, and executive updatesTrack project dependencies, risks, and issues, maintaining a live risk and issue register with mitigation plansIdentify and escalate risks proactively to avoid delays or operational disruptionsServe as the primary point of contact with vendor project management teams, ensuring alignment to timelines and deliverablesHold vendors accountable to agreedâupon commitments, SLAs, and project milestonesCoordinate thirdâparty system integrations in partnership with IT and external vendorsDevelop and execute change management plans to support workforce readiness and adoptionPartner with HR and Operations to deliver clear, timely workforce communications for impacted teamsCoordinate training plans and readiness assessments ahead of system goâlivesMaintain complete and accurate project documentation, including decisions, meeting notes, and governance artifactsSupport postâgoâlive stabilization activities, including issue tracking, resolution followâup, and lessons learnedSkills5+ years of project management experience, with a track record of leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives to completionDirect experience managing EHR implementations or migrations.
