Creative Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer (Articulate 360 / Rise)
I am looking for a proactive, creative Instructional Designer to partner with me on an ongoing basis to transform raw content into engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
The Work
You will be responsible for creating a variety of digital learning assets, ranging from:
Microlearning Videos: 2-3 minute "burst" videos for busy supervisors (e.g., how to conduct a performance discussion).
Full eLearning Modules: Comprehensive courses including presentations, interactive scenarios, and quizzes.
Scenario-Based Learning: Creating realistic, industry-specific scenarios (e.g., a mining site interaction) that challenge the learner and test their judgment.
Technical Requirements
Authoring Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
Compatibility: Content must be published for SCORM 1.2 / 2004 to ensure seamless tracking across multiple platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle LMS, and SharePoint.
Animation (Big Plus): Experience with PowToon, Vyond, or similar animation tools to create custom "explainer" style videos.
What Iām Looking For
Creativity over Compliance: I don't just want someone to "put text on a slide." I need a partner who suggests better ways to engage learners, challenges my ideas, and brings a unique visual flair.
Speed & Reliability: Some projects will have tight 2-week turnarounds. I provide the raw material and "pre-work," but I need you to execute quickly without sacrificing quality.
Adaptability: One day we might build a safety video for a mine; the next, a leadership module for a corporate office.
