Requirements:
5–7+ years experience working on non-fiction, non-kids YouTube contentYou've worked at a major YouTube-first brand, publisher, agency, or studioYou’ve got a production background, a creative strategist background—or bothYou bring a “superpower” to the team (story, packaging, audience development, format design…)You’re humble, collaborative, and care about raising the bar—for yourself and othersYou’ve got a portfolio of content that actually worked—and you can explain why
