This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the US. Responsibilities Contribute to the product roadmap for connectors and data ingestion, supporting senior product managers in prioritization and planning. Partner with engineering to define lightweight requirements for new integrations and enhancements. Translate customer and partner feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor product usage and quality metrics (e.g. error rates, latency, data completeness) and flag improvement opportunities. Assist with go-to-market readiness by helping with documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials. Research competitor offerings, third-party connectors, and integration best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI and analytics, to ensure upstream data supports personalization and search features. All other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications 1–5 years of professional experience, including exposure to product management, product ownership, or technical project coordination (internship or academic experience considered). Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic data schema concepts through work, coursework, or projects. Understanding of connectors, data ingestion, or ETL pipelines is a plus, with enthusiasm to learn more. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Competencies Resourceful: able to proactively discover solutions, learn quickly, and adapt in ambiguous environments.
