Costumer Success Manager (Amazon)

You’ll handle customer questions, manage our online reputation, and help grow a positive, engaged community. Your feedback will help shape our products and services, and you’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to keep things moving.
What You’ll Do
• Respond quickly and clearly to customer questions and enquiries
• Monitor and respond to feedback across social media and review sites
• Build and engage a vibrant community
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve our offerings
• Create helpful resources and support materials
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in customer support or community management
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising (mandatory)
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused
• Comfortable with social media and online tools
• Self-starter who thrives working remotely
