**What You'll Do**

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare), you'll be responsible for:

* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
* Helping customers with healthcare needs, such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
* Offering additional products and/or services
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

**Your Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of call center experience
* Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization (preferred)
* Open availability (as this client is open 24/7)
* A high school diploma or GED
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
