Costco Lead Generator (Sales Representative)
Advanced Air Home Services is currently seeking a couple of Costco Lead Generator to join our team.
Our Lead Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses as the first point of contact with customers. Located inside our partnered Costco's, the Lead Generator answers customer questions about our products and services, collects contact information, and schedules in-home customer... estimates or services. This is a great opportunity if you have experience selling or canvassing and enjoy building relationships by engaging people in conversation.
*** Job Location: Report daily to & work out of our St. Augustine, FL location (your employment will be with our Palm Coast, FL office) ****
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company's products and services
Encourage customers to stop and learn about our company's products and services.
Engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
Explain the features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs
Schedule in-home appointments with our Comfort Advisors to provide estimates for product and services
Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Build rapport with the store's leadership team.
Attend the required monthly meetings and training.
Job Requirements:
Weekends and some holidays are required.
Prior experience working is retail is preferred.
Standing/walking is required for 4-8 hours at a time
You are outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have the ability to use smartphone utilizing email and text
HVAC industry experience not required.
