What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across various positions and departments
- Develop and execute creative strategies to source and engage candidates nationwide
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance
- Manage the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Maintain accurate documentation on recruitment processes and candidate interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
- Experience as a full lifecycle recruiter
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and strong interviewing skills
- Ability to manage a high volume workload and take ownership of the selection process
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and applicants

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP and ATS
- PHR certification
- Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
