Licensed Community Association Manager
Job Description:
• Manage single-family HOAs only, no condo compliance headaches
• Work from home, some travel for training, marketing, and community visits
• Start with a manageable portfolio
• Opportunity to help build a growing market
• Work alongside a dedicated support team

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License
• 2+ years of HOA or community management experience
• Must reside in the Florida Panhandle
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
