Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, functional, and in compliance with safety and building codes. Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient and cost-effective management of facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any facility-related issues. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential maintenance or repair needs. Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of workspaces. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and supplies. Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Coordinate and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses. Provide regular reports and updates on the status of facilities to upper management. Train and supervise a team of facility maintenance staff.
