Job Title: Corporate ParalegalLocation: 100% Remote (US Only)Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 + Full Benefits PackageReports to: VP LegalThe Corporate Paralegal plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s legal matters. This position demands a high degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid knowledge of corporate law and LLC procedures. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting the VP of Legal in the preparation and review of corporate documents, handling regulatory compliance, maintaining corporate records, and facilitating various corporate transactions.What you will do: Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and minutes of meetingsMaintain and update corporate record.Conduct legal research to support corporate actions and decisionsCoordinate due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactionsPrepare and file annual reports and other regulatory filingsAssist in the organization of board meetings and the preparation of meeting materialsMonitor and ensure compliance with federal and state corporate laws and regulationsLiaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodiesMaintain confidentiality and protect sensitive informationWhat you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate settingCertification from a recognized paralegal programExperience working in a corporate legal department or law firm.
