Unique corporate opportunity for a top credentialed 5+ year M&A attorney who is ready to leave BigLaw and join a fast-growing and entrepreneurial Florida law firm (and BigLaw spin-off) focused on lower middle market transactions. Talented, former BigLaw lawyers work remotely across the country and do not have to be a member of the Florida Bar. Billable hours are considerably less than those of other law firms, and the firm offers a pleasant work environment.
