About the position

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. The program is built around gaining on-site work experience, receiving guidance from experienced leaders, participating in sessions with senior executives, shadowing different departments, conducting interviews with senior leaders, collaborating on meaningful projects, and joining interactive online sessions. The ROCT – Global Front Office Support Internship is for Fall 2026, starting in September 2026, with a 6-month duration and a pay of $18.50 per hour. The internship is located at MVW HQ in Orlando, FL and is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office. Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree in Hospitality, Business, or Open fields. The internship involves assisting with department-specific day-to-day operations, supporting project planning and execution, attending team meetings, gathering and analyzing data, managing general mailboxes, and providing website support.

Responsibilities
• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Manage general mailbox from the sites – what are the teams asking/support
• Website support – easy to use experience, design ideas

Requirements
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in the following fields: Hospitality, Business, Open
• Microsoft 365
• Copilot
