• * Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities
• *
• * Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR and other Federal and State regulations
• Manage hazardous waste programs and environmental reporting requirements
• Ensure dealership safety meeting, inspection, and site audit compliance
• Administer and maintain KPA/ComplyAuto systems and reporting
• Oversee dealership Sales and F&I compliance programs
• Ensure all operational dealership documents are correct and legally compliant (i.e. sales forms, buyer’s orders, licensing paperwork, etc.)
• Develop and deliver safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs
• Lead corrective action programs and follow-up processes
• Partner with dealership leadership to promote a consistent safety culture

• Location: Remote, based out of CA or the Pacific Northwest

• Hybrid/In-Office options if based out of Orange County, CA or Portland, OR

• Salary range: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience and location
