The Workforce Real Time Coordinator (RTC) monitors workload and adjusts the load balance through work peaks and valleys on a real time basis. The RTC assesses and processes ad hoc requests for time away from scheduled functions. This position is responsible for partnering with leadership to guarantee that appropriate coverage is always maintained to ensure service levels and response time objectives are met. RTC is responsible for adjusting schedules and providing recommendations to maximize service and quality. This position requires the ability to multitask, work independently, and pay solid attention to details. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to be successful in this role. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED from accredited program • 2+ years of experience working as a Healthcare Services Representative for Kelsey Seybold Clinic Contact Center • 2+ years of Contact Center experience • Solid understanding of Contact Center best practices • Proficiency with Excel • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels of Contact Center staff • Proven excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to function well in a high-paced environment • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative • Proven ability to quickly analyze multiple sets of real time data, arrive at a logical conclusion and take appropriate action • Ability to speak write and understand the English language Preferred Qualifications: • 6+ months of experience utilizing Workforce Management Software • 6+ months of experience working as a Subject Matter Expert in a Contact Center environment • Experience using Cisco and Jabber, Calabrio, and Finesse • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
