They are seeking a social marketing strategist to support strategy development and content analysis for NBC Sports, connecting audience insights to brand priorities. Responsibilities Support the development of strategic briefs and presentations, gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders Manage business critical social insights workflows, including content tagging, data analysis and content evaluation Coordinate with Sports Marketing group to align with key business priorities, including short and long-term social strategy development Compile and summarize competitive and industry research to help inform social marketing strategies Organize and maintain engagement and growth vitals on the full suite of NBC Sports properties, making it easy for team to quickly access relevant insights and updates Skills 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, media, communications, data and analytics, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social data and management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr or similar) Comfortability managing multiple tasks simultaneously, in which no task is too big or small Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes Demonstrated interest in sports and entertainment programming and brand marketing Strong work ethic, with a dedication to excellence and exceptional attention to detail Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience in basic data analysis is required Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Paid leave Tuition reimbursement A variety of other discounts and perks Company Overview NBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
