You’ll also play a strategic role in shaping our operational framework, supporting the Group in delivering the company’s long-term goals.You will oversee and develop 8 direct reports, driving performance and fostering leadership capabilities within the teamDrive wider team performance to ensure timescales, targets and service standards are consistently achieved.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and customer focus.Oversee the development and implementation of improved systems, workflows, and processes.Support compliance with CLC (or equivalent regulatory body) guidelines and internal legal practices.Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).Ensure efficient workload management, accurate pipeline forecasting, and effective absence cover planning.Act as a knowledge leader for conveyancing best practices across the businessWhat are we looking for?A confident and experienced people manager with a track record of improving team performance.A skilled coach and mentor, capable of developing future leaders.A subject matter expert in residential conveyancing, with up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulations.Proactive, solutions-focused, and pragmatic in overcoming challenges.Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Adaptable and approachable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments where change is constant and momentum is keyNext stepsWe would love to hear from you if you are interested in this opportunity!
