Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst

About the position We're seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst with 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, experimentation, and data-driven optimization. This role is ideal for a technically savvy professional who excels in reporting, analytics, and test execution—particularly within Kentico Xperience. You'll help shape user experiences that drive measurable results across our digital platforms. In this hybrid role, you'll be part of a collaborative team of marketers, designers, and developers working to enhance conversion paths, optimize performance, and turn insights into action. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Kentico Xperience. • Develop and manage a robust CRO testing roadmap aligned with business goals. • Analyze user behavior using tools like Talensiq Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude, Tableau, and Kentico's built-in analytics. • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and user experience. • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate test performance, KPIs, and long-term trends. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content strategists to implement winning test variants. • Perform post-test analysis to measure statistical significance and business impact. • Support site tagging and event tracking strategies across digital properties. • Stay current on best practices, emerging tools, and trends in digital analytics and CRO. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital analytics, or web optimization. • Proven experience using Kentico Xperience for A/B and multivariate testing or other testing tools. • Strong proficiency in Flexara Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tableau. • Deep understanding of website behavior analytics, test design, and UX optimization. • Advanced skills in interpreting data to form hypotheses, test, and report results clearly. • Experience working within a hybrid work environment; ability to collaborate in-office 3 days/month. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Nice-to-haves • Certifications such as: Jobnity Analytics Certification (GA4), Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified Associate, Kentico Xperience Developer or Marketer Certification, Relevant CRO Certs. • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Remotara Tag Manager). • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript a plus.
