Broad River Retail is one of the largest and fastest-growing independently owned Ashley licensees. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Contract Recruiter responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience to support the Talent Acquisition department's recruiting efforts. Responsibilities Responsible for developing innovative and strategic methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire external talent Continuous learning and development to be an expert in the business you serve Maintain robust pipeline of candidates while ensuring a quality candidate experience and effective flow of applicants Coordinate Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to identify key support needs with sourcing assignments Maintain consistent and productive time management and communication Schedule interviews on behalf of TA Team Ensure all documentation in regard to candidate pipelines, sourcing efforts and scheduled interviews are maintained Sustain accurate data collection and reporting on sourcing activity To provide an excellent candidate experience and uphold departmental processes Ensure all company HR-related policies and federal and state laws are applied consistently Be a culture champion in both words and actions as you introduce future Memory Makers home to Broad River Retail All duties as assigned to support effective hiring practices Skills High School Diploma Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision Excellent English and grammar skills Ability to use business math concepts Must be team-oriented, get along well with others, and demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people Exhibit high degree of initiative and critical thinking skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines, and a positive attitude Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Staffing experience preferred Bilingual Preferred Company Overview Broad River Retail is a Charlotte-owned and operated home furnishings retailer.
