In anticipation of a potential award focused on strengthening rural health systems through digital health strategies, MCD Global Health is soliciting applications from individuals who are interested and available for employment in early 2026. We are also interested in receiving CVs for potential consulting opportunities under this program in 2026. MCD offers competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits program, and a remote-first work environment. While the majority of these positions and work activities will be Maine-based, remote candidates will be considered in some instances. Relocation expenses to Maine will not be covered. Core competencies sought for these positions include telehealth and technology, RFP and grants administration, rural health and health systems strengthening, workforce development and quality improvement, oral health and chronic disease prevention. All positions are contingent on confirmation of funding. Salary offers may be higher or lower than the anticipated salary listed due to various factors including the successful candidates’ qualifications and geography within or outside of Maine. Contract Managers (2 expected hires) Grade Level: 5-6 Anticipated Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 Reporting Relationship: Senior Grants Administrator Contract Manager 1 will be responsible for crafting requests for information and capacity statements from potential consultants, faculty, subject matter experts, and contractors, evaluating expertise and pricing for best fit and value, awarding and managing service contracts. The Contract Manager 1 role is best suited for someone with strong vendor evaluation and service contract management skills, focused on RFI and capacity statements. Contract Manager 2 will be responsible for crafting requests for proposals, proposal evaluation processes, and the awarding and managing subsequent subcontracts. The Contract Manager 2 role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in RFP development, evaluation frameworks, and subcontract oversight. Can be based outside of Maine, some travel.
