[Remote] Paid Media Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NP Digital is a global award-winning performance marketing agency seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their Paid Media team. The role involves leading paid media strategy, monitoring performance, and managing high-value client initiatives to drive positive results. Responsibilities Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce) Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics Coordinate with Creative and Client Services teams Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts Provide clear creative direction to designers based on data and results Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, and Google Ads Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budget pacing Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients Create campaigns based on the buyer's journey using audience insights and competitive analysis tools Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, campaign best practices and tools adoption Skills 1-2 years of managing paid search budgets of over $280k per month Experience with Facebook and Google Ads 1-2 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Search & Social campaigns Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Experience setting up Facebook Ads including pixel tracking and configuration Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics Experience leading and mentoring direct reports Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude Strong Attention to Detail Must reside and be eligible to work in the US Facebook Blueprint Certified Emerging Paid Social Experience: Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok Display Ads Experience: YouTube, Google Display, Programmatic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience Landing page platforms - Unbounce Benefits National Anthem Blue Cross medical plans; EPO, PPO, and HDHP options available Flexible paid time off;16 weeks maternity and 6 weeks paternity leave Health Savings Accounts with employer contribution, Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care FSA Vision and dental coverage Employer-paid short-term disability and life and AD&D insurance Employer-paid premium subscription to the Calm app Employer-paid virtual healthcare support through First Stop Health Voluntary pet insurance for your furry family members Voluntary accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and supplemental life insurance New hire technology stipend to set up home office Employer-sponsored 401(k) retirement with Roth option Company Overview NP Digital is a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, content, social media, and paid media.
