Contract Litigation Attorney - Remote, Flexible Hours
OUR CLIENT
Our client, a boutique financial services law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region with an active complex civil litigation practice, seeks a Contract Attorney with 6+ years of hands-on litigation experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities may include:
ā¢ Reviewing, drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery requests
ā¢ Researching and drafting discovery motions, dispositive motions, and other briefs
ā¢ Reviewing discovery and preparing deposition outlines
ā¢ Assisting in trial preparation
ā¢ Participating in and contributing to team strategy calls

QUALIFICATIONS
ā¢ 6+ years of litigation experience
ā¢ Experience in employment-related business litigation (breach of contract, restricted covenants) and/or financial services litigation preferred
ā¢ J.D. from an accredited law school
