Compensation:
• This is a Full-Time (40 hours per week) contract role
• During the contract, the monthly pay is $7500 on a 1099 without benefits.
• The client may hire your full-time after an initial contract. The base pay for a full-time hire is $95.000
Job Summary:
As the CS Specialist, you will play a critical role by helping to convert signed partnerships into active ones, unlocking significant revenue and donations for our nonprofit partners. This is a unique opportunity to have a massive individual impact: their products have rapidly scaled to millions of users, driving tremendous resources to nonprofits and inspiring more people to start making a bigger impact every day. As with any fast-growing, early-stage team, responsibilities are likely to evolve. As an CS Specialist, you can expect to work closely with 3-4 other members in Client Strategy, Business Development, and Engineering teams to:
• Project manage the onboarding of new partners from close to launch
• Collaborate with brand partners to align on integration details, timeline for launch, and technical requirements
• Manage a JIRA board to ensure cross functional visibility around launch progress
• QA integrations & integration updates and provide feedback to integration engineers
• Serve as liaison between engineering team and clients throughout technical implementation process
• Manage go-live process of new integrations and integration updates including relevant client communications and post go-live steps
• Optimize and improve integration processes to reduce time required to integrate and increase overall launch capacity
• Synthesize integration process learnings and client feedback and work with Product team to inform our SDK product roadmap

You will leverage your expertise in customer relationship management and project management to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and SaaS, with the ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs.
