Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a motivated and experienced Personal Injury (PI) Attorney with trial experience. The PI Attorney will handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases, ensuring effective case management and representation for clients. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting case documents, participating in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in trial proceedings when necessary. Collaboration with other legal professionals within the firm will also be essential. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and practical experience in personal injury law, including both pre-litigation and litigation processes • Proven trial experience and a deep understanding of the industry's standards and practices • Excellent legal research, analytical, and case strategy development skills • Advanced written communication and document drafting abilities • Skilled in client communication, negotiation, and providing exceptional client service • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar • Proficiency in legal case management systems and technology is a plus Apply tot his job
